Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, and every order comes with tracking.
What are your processing and shipping times?
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days after you order.
- Delivery: 6 to 9 business days after that.
Most orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of being placed.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give it up to 48 hours to start updating. It’s normal for tracking to show nothing on the first day.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, or the number isn’t working, contact us and we’ll sort it out. You can also track any order at hearthpawpets.com/apps/track123.
Unexpected delays
Sometimes a parcel takes longer than the times above. Carrier volumes, weather and holidays can all play a part. If yours is taking too long, contact us and we’ll chase it down for you.
Something arrived damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn’t there?
Email us at support@hearthpawpets.com:
- Damaged or opened jars: within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the package and the jar help.
- Missing packages: within 14 days of the delivered date.
